Payment & Booking Terms
01. Payment
All coaching sessions are paid in advance. Single 1:1 sessions (£65) are paid at the time of booking through our secure payment provider, Stripe. The 12-Week Package (£715) is paid in full before the first session via a secure payment link.
02. What's included
A single session includes one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session. The 12-Week Package includes twelve 60-minute sessions, scheduled weekly — you pay for eleven, and the twelfth is free.
03. Rescheduling & cancellation
Life happens — sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full. Discovery calls can be cancelled or moved at any time.
04. 12-Week Package
Package sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours' notice but are not individually refundable. The package is valid for 16 weeks from your first session, allowing flexibility around holidays and life events. If you need to pause for exceptional circumstances, talk to me — we'll work something out.
05. Refunds
If you're not sure coaching is right for you, that's exactly what the free discovery call is for. Once purchased, sessions are non-refundable except where I need to cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative — in which case you'll receive a full refund of the affected session(s).
06. Coaching, not therapy
Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process — it is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If issues arise during our work together that would be better supported by a qualified professional, I'll always be honest with you about that.

06. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data held about you
- Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected

07. Confidentiality in coaching
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or others — in which case only the minimum necessary information would be shared with the appropriate services.
08. Changes to this policy
These policies may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date above updated accordingly.
